Tips of dressing and knowing what flatters your body type

Just something to share with you all. I'm trying to start some kind of useful newsletter of sorts from today so that I can share some tips and knowledge. This newsletter for the moemnt won't be on a regular basis due to my family commitments but I'll definitely do up a note or two whenever I'm free. 1. Two tone dress

• A two tone dress is a sure and quick way to simulate a chic blouse-skirt combo! Versatile and it works for both day and night!
  Pear shape gals: Choose a dress with light top and dark bottom so your proportion will look balance.


• If you have a wide shoulders and slim hips(usu people who swims alot), do the reverse. A dark top and light bottom is the way to go.


• An empire waist cut will help to elongate your legs. Creating a visual endlessly long legs feel.

2. Rompers

• Add curves to a boy like figure by choosing a romper with a banded waist or a soft fabric like silk or chiffon.


• For office friendly look, choose one which ends just abive knees and wear a nice cropped blazer or cardigan. To finish up the look, wear peep toe pumps and a belt.


• For a leaner and longer look, pair a solid coloured rompers with a wedges or heels.

3.Floral prints

A good way to look great whether you are 15 or 50. It is the look of summer vibe!

• Petite ladies should stay away from large prints becos this can overwhelm your small frame.


• Go for soft floral rpints frock for the ultimate girly look aka Lindsay Price.


• Wear a leather leggings or grunge it up with an acid washed jeans, the feminine look is toughen up immediately.

4.Tulip Skirts

This kind of skirt is flattering to almost any body type. A great investment pieces for all-both day and night!

• Tulip skirt adds curves due to the extra fabric around hip. A PERFECT piece for STRAIGHTER body types.


• Create illusion of more curves at hip, get one with pleats at the top of the skirt, near the hip area.


• If you are top heavy, get one which flares out at the bottom to help balance out the overall shape of body.
